Korchma is a dice game for playing with friends. This policy explains what the app stores, why, and how to get rid of it. The app is published by Cloak + Armor Inc. (“we”). Questions and requests: official@cloakarmorinc.com.
Groschen and badges are in-game items with no monetary value. Korchma has no purchases, no ads and no real-money wagering.
They act as our processors and may store data outside your country. We do not share your data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Other players in the tavern see your nickname, avatar, wins and losses, badges and the results of matches you played with them. That is the point of a leaderboard. They never see your email address.
While your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your badges, groschen, challenges, notification tokens and avatar, and we erase your nickname and picture from your profile. Finished matches stay in your opponents’ history without your name — otherwise their own records would fall apart. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a short period before they are overwritten.
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. It happens immediately, unfinished games are cancelled and stakes go back to both sides. You can also write to official@cloakarmorinc.com and we will do it for you.
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Nickname and avatar you can change in the app yourself; for anything else write to official@cloakarmorinc.com. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Korchma is not directed at children. Do not use the app if you are under 13, or under the age of digital consent in your country if it is higher.
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be announced in the app.
